     On page 2, line 12, after "develop" insert "radically"

     On page 2, line 13, strike "or limited application to a selected group of students;"

     On page 3, line 34, after "parent" strike "."

     On page 3, line 34, after "parent" insert ",except in emergency."

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes provisions regarding alcoholic stimulants or controlled substances in the definition section. Deletes definitional qualifier of a limited application to a selected group of students from an experimental or pilot course or class. Provides an emergency exception to a guidance counselor providing advice to a student without parental consent.
