(10) Persons who lobby whose expenses are paid out of student services and activities fees budgeted and approved under RCW 28B.15.045"

EFFECT:  Persons who lobby, whose expenses are paid from student services and activities fees, are exempted from registering and reporting under the public disclosure laws.
