     On page 4, line 25, strike "seventy-five" and insert "one hundred"

     On page 5, line 13, strike "seventy-five" and insert "one hundred"

EFFECT:  Increases from 75,000 to 100,000 the maximum population of a county that would be authorized to adopt a resolution of intention removing the county, and the cities in that county, from being required to plan under all of the requirements of the Growth Management Act.
