    On page 17, after line 25, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  An ambulatory surgical center licensed by the department of health shall comply with the charity care delivery requirements found in RCW 70.170.060 (1), (5), and (6) for the care it provides in its center."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
