     On page 1, line 11, after "((The))" insert "If a worker requests written notice, the physician making the diagnosis shall provide a written notice to the worker of the existence of the occupational disease."

EFFECT:  Requires the physician who diagnoses an occupational disease to provide notice of the disease in writing if requested by the worker.
