     On page 10, line 34, strike "$102,688,000" and insert "$102,988,000"

     On page 11, line 32, strike "$333,795,000" and insert "$334,095,000"

     On page 14, after line 27, insert: "(16) $300,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely as a pass-through grant for Washington state court appointed special advocates (CASA) to provide advocacy services as required under House Bill No. 1687 (court appointed special advocates).  If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 1995, the amount appropriated in this subsection shall lapse."

EFFECT:  Adds $300,000 GF-S to CTED for the court-appointed special guardian program established in HB 1687.
