     On page 40, line 7, strike "531,931,000" and insert "536,551,000"

     On page 40, beginning on line 33, strike subsection (7)

     Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.

EFFECT:  Restores funding in the Department of Corrections prisons budget related to reducing the amount of funds available for the costs of recreation services.  Eliminates the proviso directing the department to spend no more than $1 million on recreation services.  Increases the general fund-state appropriation by $4,620,000.
