     On page 23, line 33, strike "296,681,000" and insert "298,880,000"

     On page 23, line 34, strike "253,162,000" and insert "254,061,000"

     On page 24, line 1, strike "550,243,000" and insert "553,341,000"

     On page 24, after line 19, insert:

     "(4) $2,199,000 of the general fund--state appropriation and $899,000 of the general fund--federal appropriation are provided solely for the department's health and safety initiative."

EFFECT:  Provides funding for the Division of Children and Family Services' health and safety initiative.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $2,199,000.

Increases Other Funds by $899,000.
