EFFECT:  Increases the University of Washington--Tacoma branch campus student enrollment level by 146 FTEs each year over the enrollment increases currently provided in Substitute House Bill 1410; for a total increase at the Tacoma branch campus of 222 FTEs each year.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $2,206,000.
