     On page 49, line 15, strike "$195,393,000" and insert "$195,965,000"

     On page 50, after line 36, insert: "(14) $572,000 of the general fund-state apprpriation is provided solely for the natural heritage program."

EFFECT:  Adds $572,000 GF-S to the Dept of Natural Resources for the natural heritage program.
