     On page 40, line 7, strike "531,931,000" and insert "533,471,000"

     On page 40, line 25, strike all of subsection (d)

     Reletter succeeding parts of subsection (6) accordingly.

EFFECT:  Restores funding in the Department of Correction's prisons budget related to the privitization of the Coyote Ridge facility.  Deletes the proviso directing the department to contract for its operating by July 1, 1996.  Increases the general fund-state appropriation by $1,540,000.
