     On page 14, after line 27, insert "(16) $70,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely for North County emergency medical services."

EFFECT:  Language is added stipulating that $70,000 GF-S for the Dept of Community, Trade, and Economic Development is for North County emergency medical services.  No fiscal impact.
