     On page 36, line 10, strike "3,918,000" and insert "3,468,000"

     On page 36, line 11, strike "6,086,000" and insert "5,636,000"

     On page 36, after line 30, insert the following:

     "(5) $450,000 of the accident account--state appropriation and $450,000 of the medical aid account--state appropriation are provided solely to implement an on-line claims data access system that will include all employers in the retrospective rating plan program."

EFFECT:  Reduces the amount appropriated for regulatory reform by $900,000 and requires $900,000 of the appropriation from the accident fund and medical aid fund state appropriations to be used to expand the on-line claims data access system so that the program will include all employers in the retrospective rating plan program.
