     On page 10, line 34, strike "$102,688,000" and insert "$102,728,000"

     On page 11, line 32, strike "$333,795,000" and insert "$333,835,000"

     On page 14, after line 27, insert: "(16) $40,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely as a grant for the development of a two-nation vacation joint marketing plan to enhance international tourism.  The amount provided in this subsection is contingent on an equal dollar-for-dollar non-state match."

EFFECT:  Adds $40,000 GF-S to CTED's budget for a two-nation vacation marketing plan.
