     On page 10, line 34, strike "$102,688,000" and insert "$102,738,000"

     On page 11, line 32, strike "$333,795,000" and insert "$333,845,000"

     On page 14, after line 27, insert: "(16) $50,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely for a grant to a non-profit entity to develop a feasibility study of the infrastructure, logistical, and informational needs for the Cascadia corridor to host the summer Olympic Games in either the year 2004 or 2008.  This amount provided in this subsection is contingent upon an equal dollar-for-dollar non-state match."

EFFECT:  Adds $50,000 GF-S to CTED for a study of regional needs in order to host the summer Olympic Games in 2004 or 2008.
