     On page 2, beginning on line 35, after "artificial" strike all matter through "preparations" on page 3, line 2, and insert "device primarily designed, promoted, or marketed to physically stimulate or manipulate the human genitals"

EFFECT:  Amends the definition of "sexual device" by deleting references to specific types of sexual devices and limiting it to devices used to stimulate or manipulate the human genitals.
