     On page 6, after line 18, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 11.  Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall entitle an aggrieved party to any remedy provided by law or in equity.  The court in an appropriate case may award reasonable attorneys' fees to the prevailing party."

Renumber the remaining section.

     On page 6, line 19, strike "10" and insert "11"

EFFECT:  Adds a section providing that violations of the act entitle a party to any remedy provided by law or in equity and, if appropriate, an award of reasonable attorneys' fees.  An internal reference is corrected.
