    On page 20, after line 11, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 9.  Changes in the economic table or standards under this act do not constitute a substantial change of circumstances for purposes of adjustment, modification, or termination of support.  An order of support may be adjusted or modified based on this act as provided in RCW 26.09.170(9)."
