     On page 4, line 25 strike "or"

     On page 4, beginning on line 27 after "months" insert "; or

     (e)  The caretaker's child or children would be placed in foster care as a result of the termination of the monthly benefit payment"

EFFECT:  Provides an exemption to the twenty four month limit for caretaker's whose child would be placed in foster care because of the termination of the monthly benefit payment.
