Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Cancels the provisions rendering all parents under eighteen years of age ineligible to receive aid if the aid would be for the biological child of the parent and if the parent cannot prove that, on the approximate date of conception, the parent was married.
