    On page 1, beginning on line 6, strike all of section 1 and insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows:

    This chapter shall not apply to amounts received from the sale of motor vehicles at wholesale to licensed dealers under chapter 46.70 RCW.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows:

    This chapter shall not apply to amounts received for sales, by dealers located in this state, of a fleet, as defined in RCW 70.120.010."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
