     On page 6, line 20, strike all of Section 5.

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes the section that amends SEPA by requiring state agencies to "use all practicable means" to prevent, minimize, and repair flood damage.
