     On page 10, line 1, after "NOTICE." strike all material through "communication" on line 9 and insert "Communication"

     On page 10, line 15, strike "subsection" and insert "section"

     On page 10, line 25, after "have" strike all material through "principals" on line 26 and insert "been applied to real estate brokers, affiliated licensees, and their principals before the effective date of this act except for common law principles of knowledge or notice by a principal for facts known by the principal's agent or a licensee for facts known by a subagent"

Correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The bill limits imputed knowledge to that of actual knowledge between a principal and an agent or a real estate licensee and his or her subagents.  This amendment removes the limitation and reinstates the principles of common law regarding imputed knowledge.
