     On page 58, after line 13, strike all of section 139

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

     On page 88, after line 27, strike all of section 243

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes the $4 million appropriation from the Public Works Assistance Account and $2 million from the Transportation Fund to capitalize the Growth Management Planning and Environmental Review Fund.  Also deletes the appropriations to the Department of Ecology for the consolidated permit center.
