     On page 22, line 18, after "(8)" strike "Registered" and insert "Effective July 1, 1996, registered"

     On page 57, line 11, strike "This" and insert "Except for sections 33 through 38 of this act which shall take effect July 1, 1996, this"

EFFECT:  Delays required registration of adult family home operators to July 1, 1996.  The Department of Health would be able to review alternatives to operator registration and recommend possible changes before the regulatory program took effect.
