     On page 1, line 13, strike "continue to"

     On page 1, line 14, strike "employer" and insert "legislature"

     On page 1, beginning on line 15, strike all of subsection 3

     Renumber remaining subsections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Employer contributions will be paid by the legislature while the legislature is in session.
