     On page 20, line 17, after "this" strike "section" and insert "subsection (4)(a)"

EFFECT:  Corrects a technical error.  An amendment adopted in the Appropriations Committee erroneously rendered an entire section, instead of the relevant subsection, null and void if funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act.
