    On page 4, after line 10, insert the following:

    "(f) "Cogeneration" means the simultaneous generation of electrical energy and low-grade heat from the same fuel."

EFFECT: Machinery and equipment used for cogeneration on the manufacturing site is eligible for the state-wide sales and use tax exemption.
