     On page 86, after line 28, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION.  Sec. 40. If specific funding for purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1996, in the supplemental omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

Correct the title accordingly.

EFFECT:   Makes the act null and void if funding is not provided in the supplemental budget to implement it.
