     On page 100, line 14, strike "371,529,000" and insert:  "381,529,000"

     On page 100, line 17, strike "850,084,000" and insert: "860,084,000"

     On page 101, line 16 , after "0.9309" insert: "for the 1995-96 school year and 0.96426 for the 1996-97 school year"

EFFECT:  Provides $10 million for additional staffing for special education students in the 1996-97 school year.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $10,000,000.
