EFFECT:  Provides funding for unemployment compensation costs experienced by the Supreme Court and funds an assessment of business practices/Courts of Limited Jurisdiction project and provides improved business services support for courts through the OAC.  Also provides funding for inflation and lease cost increases and a District III Appeals Judge.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $485,000.

Increases Other Funds by $300,000.
