     On page 9, line 14, strike "49,132,000" and insert "52,132,000"

     On page 10, line 10, strike "284,986,000" and insert "287,986,000"

     On page 19, after line 14, insert:

     "(30) $3,000,000 of the general fund -- state appropriation is provided solely for loans and grants through the community economic revitalization board under chapter 43.160 RCW."

EFFECT:  Appropriates $3 million to CERB for project funding.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Increases the general fund appropriation by $3      million.
