     On page 2, beginning on line 6, after "; and" strike all material through "operations," on line 7 and insert "practices"

     On page 2, line 11, after "market." insert "For the purposes of subsection (1) of this section, "agriculture" does not mean forestry or lumbering operations, whether such operations are or are not incidental to or conducted in conjunction with farming operations."

EFFECT:  Removes from the operations that are to be regulated under the safety standard for agriculture any forestry or lumbering operations.
