    On page 5, line 25 of the amendment, after "stadium." insert "No part of the contribution under this subsection (4)(b) shall include any money generated from the sale of the baseball stadium naming rights by the professional major league baseball team."

    On page 7, after line 38 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7.  A new section is added to chapter 36.100 RCW to read as follows:

    The public facilities district, in consultation with the office of financial management, shall negotiate the price and terms of the stadium naming rights.  The revenues generated from the sale of the stadium naming rights shall be applied against the state's contribution toward the cost of construction of the baseball stadium as defined in  RCW 82.14.0485."

    Correct the title of the bill.

EFFECT:  The baseball team's contribution can not include any revenue from the stadium naming rights.  Revenue is considered part of the state's contribution.
