     On page 4, line 15 of the amendment, after "stadium." insert "The revenues from the taxes imposed in this section and collected in disaffected areas shall be remitted to organizations chartered by the local government under Title 35 RCW, for the purpose of improving the community and mitigating negative impacts of the baseball stadium.  As used in this subsection, "disaffected areas" means a geographic area that is adjacent to or adjoining the site of the baseball stadium and that will suffer adverse impact as a result of the siting of the baseball stadium as determined by an assessment under chapter 43.21C RCW."

EFFECT:  Requires a portion of the sales and use tax on restaurants, taverns, bars, and rental cars generated in areas adjacent to the baseball stadium to be used, by organizations, to mitigate adverse impacts on the area.
