     On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "fish;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and amending RCW 82.27.010."

EFFECT:  Restores the current definition of "food fish" in the Fisheries Code while preserving the change in the definition of "enhanced food fish" in the excise tax statutes.
