     On page 12, line 6 of the amendment, after "drug use," insert "prohibition against owning or possessing a firearm, prohibition against using a deadly weapon in a dangerous manner, prohibition against owning or possessing lewd or obscene matter as defined in RCW 7.48A.010, prohibition against owning or possessing a sexual device,"

EFFECT:  Extends the list of conditions that are to be imposed on a sexually violent predator prior to being conditionally released to a less restrictive alternative than total confinement.  The new conditions prohibit the person from owning or possessing a firearm, using a deadly weapon in a dangerous manner, owning or possessing lewd or obscene materials, and owning or possessing a sexual device.
