     On page 6, line 30, strike "The" and insert "Except as provided in subsection (4) of this section, the"

     On 7, after line 5, insert the following:

     "(4) In counties with a population of five hundred thousand or more, the revenue from any tax imposed under this section may not be used for the financing, acquisition, construction, remodeling, or repairing of a stadium used by a professional baseball team."

EFFECT:  Prohibits King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties from using the nonvoter-approved 0.1 percent sales tax for professional baseball stadium.
