     On page 5, line 1, after "legislatures" strike "shall" and insert "((shall)) may"

     On page 5, line 7, after "disbursement." insert "The committee shall include a list of prioritized state agency projects to be funded from the recreation resource account with its biennial budget request."

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the Legislature is responsible for setting appropriation levels for the Recreation Resource Account.  Requires that the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation submit a prioritized list of state agency projects to be funded from the Recreation Resource Account with its biennial budget request.
