     On page 2, line 21, after "status" strike everything through "penalties" on line 22

EFFECT:  Removes the proposed additional Implied Consent warning that would require warning of possible criminal penalties for taking the BAC test and failing it.  Leaves all warnings regarding possible administrative actions.
