     On page 23, beginning on line 5, strike all of section 8

     Renumber the remaining sections, correct internal references and correct the title accordingly.

EFFECT:  Technical correction to restore necessary language regarding a requirement cited elsewhere in the bill that DOL place a person's license in probationary status when a deferred prosecution in granted.  Makes no substantive change to the current law or the bill.
