     On page 2 of the striking amendment, at the beginning of line 34, strike "(17)" and insert "(16)"

     On page 2 of the striking amendment, on line 34, strike "subsections (15) and (16)" and insert "subsection (15)"

EFFECT:  Eliminates the provision governing service of process requirements when the action is against the marital community.
