EFFECT:  The requirement to make annual inspections of food storage warehouses is no longer mandatory.

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references, and correct the title amendment accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes the sections which reduce certified feed lot handling fees.

EFFECT:  Eliminates the provisions which shift pesticide registration and license fees currently deposited into the State General Fund into a nonappropriated Agricultural Local Fund account.
