     On page 8, line 30 of the amendment, after "dollars." insert "If a food storage warehouse is inspected on at least an annual basis for compliance with the current good manufacturing practices (Title 21 C.F.R. part 110) by the federal food and drug administration or by a state agency acting on behalf of and under contract with the food and drug administration and is not also exempted from licensure by this section or section 11 of this act, the annual license fee for the warehouse is twenty-five dollars."

     On page 9, line 12 of the amendment, after "basis" strike "by a state or federal agency or"

EFFECT:  No longer exempts from licensure a warehouse inspected at least annually by a state or federal agency for compliance with certain federal rules; and reduces the licensing fee to $25 for a warehouse so inspected by the Food and Drug Administration or by a state agency acting on its behalf.
