     On page 52, line 35 of the amendment, after "(2)" strike all material through "department." on page 53 line 1

     On page 53, beginning on line 26 of the amendment, strike all of sections 70 and 71

     Renumber remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references and correct the title accordingly.

EFFECT:  Makes the bill consistant with the House budget by striking the provisions which shift pesticides registration and licensing fees to a nonappropriated Agricultural Local Fund.   The amendment maintains the fees being deposited in the General Fund.
