     On page 4, after line 8, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5.  If any museum, historical society, archive, or library is exempt from this chapter and contains any material that is harmful to minors under this chapter, the museum, historical society, archive, or library must post a sign at all entrances, printed in block letters at least six inches high, that states "This establishment contains material that is harmful to minors.""

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT:  Requires that if any historical society, museum, library, or archive is exempt from the chapter and contains any material that is harmful to minors, the institution must post a sign at all entrances stating that it contains material that is harmful to minors.
