     On page 2, line 1, after "showing" insert ", in a sexually suggestive manner,"

EFFECT:  Amends the definition of "sexually explicit nudity" to provide that the showing of a particular portion of the body is not "sexually explicit nudity" unless portrayed in a sexually suggestive manner.
