     On page 7, line 10 of the amendment, after "in" insert "the need for"

     On page 7, line 18 of the amendment, after "However," strike all material through "regulation" on line 19 of the amendment and insert "nothing in this section prohibits an employee from being terminated for reasons other than the positive test result"

EFFECT:  Restores language inadvertently deleted from the striking amendment and inadvertently changed from the underlying bill.  The corrections clarify (1) the requirement that drug/alcohol testing is to take place when a workplace accident results in the need for medical attention and (2) that termination of employees can occur for reasons other than the positive drug/alcohol test.
