     Set aside all previous amendments and on page 3, line 24, after "levies" insert "approved before June 30, 1995, and"

EFFECT:  The previous amendment provided for collection of levies which included an additional 4 percent above the levy lid rate in existence prior to 1993 (20 percent) for calendar year 1996 if approved by the voters by June 30, 1995.  This amendment provides for collection of levies at the added rate for calendar years 1996 and 1997 if approved by the voters by June 30, 1995.
