     On page 1, line 32 of the amendment, after "be" strike "so used" and insert "used where feasible to supplement existing water supplies without threatening existing resources or public health in order"

     On page 2, beginning on line 3 of the amendment, strike all material down to and including "health." on line 5

EFFECT:  Clarifies that reclaimed water should be used where feasible to supplement existing water supplies.
